General Description

NXP ultrafast rectifiers are designed to have a very low forward voltage intended for use as output rectifiers in high frequency switched mode power supplies. It's the cost-efficient solution nowadays compared with Schottky technology. Thanks to our gold doping technology, our ultrafast rectifiers have a very soft recovery which helps to minimize the ElectroMagnetic Interference (EMI).

NXP ultrafast rectifiers are designed to have a very low forward voltage with ultrafast reverse recovery which make our ultrafast diodes most suitable for secondary output rectifications. It can remarkably reduce the switching loss and improve the overall power efficiency thanks to it's best-in-class tradeoff between forward voltage and reverse recovery time. Besides, NXP ultrafast diodes also have a very soft recovery which helps to minimize the ElectroMagnetic Compatibility (EMC).
