フィリップスの包括的なトライアックおよびサイリスタの製品レンジには、3クワドラント(高整流)トライアック、4クワドラント・トライアック、およびシリコン制御整流器があります。これらのトライアックは、家電製品の制御ICとAC負荷のインタフェースなど、他にも多くの用途があります。あらゆる負荷を高い信頼性で制御できるのは、フィリップスの3クワドラント(Hi-Com)トライアックです。これらのトライアックは、非直線的な誘導/容量負荷の制御において電気ノイズや偽トリガに対して高い免性を示すため、標準的な4クワドラント・トライアックでは不可欠な保護回路が不要です。保証される定格電圧は1000Vを超えるため、要求量の多いモーター方向制御にも理想的です。また、ゲート電流も、制御が容易な5mAから、偽トリガに対して最高の免性を示す50mAまでと幅広くサポートされます。
